At the “blue marlin club”, We serve modern Vanuatu cuisine using sustainable local produce where available. Modern methods of cookery are used including but not limited to Sous Vide, compression, foams, gels, dehydration. We are also combining these methods with traditional cooking methods. We make all products on site and have an excellent ice cream machine.

The blue marlin club will be offering a special Happy Hour called the “Sail Away Happy Hour”. This will occur on cruise ship days and will start Just before the cruise ship departs, We have excellent views of the harbor and enjoy spectacular views when the boat is departing especially with the sunset as the back drop.
The blue marlin club can also cater for Business Meetings, Events, Cocktail Parties, Weddings & Private dining with the best views in town. We can also cater for indoor or outdoor events and we also have a purpose built bar and private dining room that can accommodate up to 20 persons for private dining and business meetings (all AV equipment available on site with TV and Wifi).
The blue marlin club has a pool and private showers that guests can come for a dip, freshen up, watch the sunset and dine with us.
