Chill Restaurant and Bar is located upstairs in the Au Bon Marche Downtown building next to the Port Vila market house. It is open 7 days from 11am until late and provides a clean and air conditioned setting right on the water.
There are beautiful views at any time of the day, but especially sunset, or after dark when the fish come our to play. The extensive menu includes seafood, tapas, soups, salads, meats, pizza and pasta. The weekly specials available both lunch and dinner are very popular.
Groups are well catered for, as are children. Our special kids menu includes a souvenir activity placemat, cup, crayons and toy. Kids even get to “make their own pizza” if they wish. After dinner, they can enjoy the latest DVDs on a personal player, while mum and dad relax.
If you dream of the island life and drinking cocktails at sunset, then Chill is for you. Additionally, maybe one of the 30 wines on our wine list are sure to please with every one available by glass. Locals also talk about our smoothies and specialty coffees.
Desserts are not to be missed and the cake cabinet has an amazing variety of cup cakes and goodies, some that the kids cannot go past. We have recently added our “grab n go” section for late night nibblies, or afternoon snacks which include fudge, rocky road and peanut brittle.
Our televisions offer coverage of sport, news or lifestyle programmes, so there is something for everyone. Come on in for a drink, a chat or a special meal prepared and serviced by our local staff. They love to meet new friends and we always love to see our guests return year after year.
