Ananda Yoga and Healing Center is hosting a Healthy Vegetarian Cooking Class in the first month of January 2021to introduce a healthy diet program and cooking recipes to those who wish to live better and healthier. With 8 years of successfully turning vegetarian and experience in nutrition, diet counseling, seeing the changes, the good impacts of vegetarian to ourselves and others, we are burning to share it with you.

Menu: Laksa, Saigon Rice Paper Salad, Baked Manioc Cake
Content: learn to heal from food, tips for healthy cooking, tips to be a healthy vegan/vegetarian, know your body elements and issues to choose appropriate food/diet, making nutritious veggie broth and satay sauce which you can use to make plenty of dishes from.
Price: 8000VT/person incl. all the recipes, snacks and tea/tisane/drinks, dinner together to taste the prepared dishes, satay sauce to take home
